In short: post what you like within the rules below, understand that it disappears after 24 hours, and accept that we can remove content and block devices that break those rules.
Who may use NEXT24
NEXT24 is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use it. There is no sign-up, so we cannot verify your age — using the app is your confirmation that you meet this requirement.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us the limited licence needed to store your post, show it to other people using NEXT24, and delete it — nothing more. We do not sell your posts, license them to third parties, or use them to train anything.
Posts and comments are public to everyone using the app for as long as they live, which is never more than 24 hours. Do not post anything you would not want read by strangers.
What you may not post
- Anything illegal, or that encourages illegal acts.
- Harassment, threats, or targeting a person or group with abuse.
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is reported, not just removed.
- Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or gore.
- Personal information about anyone — yours or someone else's. No doxxing.
- Spam, scams, repetitive posting, or automated posting.
- Impersonating a person, organisation, or NEXT24 itself.
Moderation
Every post and comment can be reported from inside the app, and reports go to a real moderation queue that is reviewed. You can also block an author, which hides everything they write from you.
We may remove content and block a device from posting where these terms are broken. A blocked device can still read the feed. We do not have a way to contact you about a decision, because we do not know who you are — appeals can be sent to the contact address below.
Content disappears
Posts, their comments, likes and reports are permanently deleted 24 hours after the post was written. This is automatic and cannot be turned off, paused, or extended, and deleted content cannot be recovered by you or by us. Posts from official NEXT24 accounts are labelled as such and may last longer.
Advertising
NEXT24 is free. Advertisements appear in the feed and before publishing additional posts on the same day. Ads do not target you based on a profile of what you read — see the Privacy Policy.
Availability
NEXT24 is provided as-is, without warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that a post will reach anyone, or that the app will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can delete your account and everything it wrote from inside the app, at any time, without asking us. Uninstalling also ends your relationship with NEXT24 — there is no subscription to cancel and no account left behind.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
